To mitigate overhead, many of our restaurant clients intentionally operate with lean management teams. As they grow and challenges evolve, having the right leaders in place at the right times can be a struggle. This is where our Advisory Team comes in.

Working as a team themselves, KitchenSync Advisors collectively lend over a hundred years of experience working in all facets of high-performing restaurant groups. From coaching young managers to helping map out corporate strategy, Advisors act as an extension of your internal leadership team and are available on-demand when needs arise.

To ensure that they are ready to help, you will be assigned a dedicated Advisor when you join our platform, regardless of the initial service packages that you select. At minimum, your Advisor will check in quarterly to see how you’re doing, what challenges you’re facing, and where they might be able to help. While project-based work is always an option, Advisors can provide more consistent support to your group as part of the Enterprise Finance Subscription.
