Will I have a human to talk to?

Yes. Each restaurant or restaurant group is assigned to one of our KitchenSync account management teams. Teams are generally made up of controllers, bookkeepers, accounts payable specialists, payroll specialists, and team leads that act as your primary point-of-contact.

Do you do catch-up bookkeeping work?

Definitely! Don’t worry if your existing books are incomplete or non-existent. We can get you caught up quickly for an hourly rate.
